As a player, Steven Chatham was a four-year letterman at California State University Fullerton, where he was a member of the 1995 National Championship team. The centerfielder is seventh all-time in games played for the Titans and holds a career .338 batting average in college. In 1999, entered the Boston Red Sox organization as a pitcher. Chatham started his coaching career as Assistant Coach at The Bishop School in La Jolla, Calif., where he was in charge of all aspects of the team including pitching, hitting and outfield duties at the varsity level. Chatham coached five seasons as the hitting coach at the College of Southern Nevada.

Over his five-year stint, Chatham helped the College of Southern Nevada Coyotes earn three Scenic West Athletic Conference Championships, two JUCO Region XVIII Championships, and one JUCO Western District Championship. In 2010 the Coyotes, lead by the play of Major League Baseball top draft pick, Bryce Harper, won a berth to the JUCO World Series where the team placed third and finished the season with a record of 52-16 overall. While at CSN Chatham recruited and coached 23 All Conference first team, 3 All Americans and sent 32 players to NCAA Division 1 programs. Chatham coached at Loyola Marymount University 2011-2013 as Assistant Coach in charge of outfield, hitting and base running.

During his time at LMU Chatham created the Junior Lions Baseball Club for players age 7-14 years old. Throughout his coaching career Chatham recruited and coached 35 players drafted into the MLB First Year Player Draft including Harper, Chasen Shreve and Donn Roach. Chatham earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from UNLV and has an extensive background in sales and marketing.

Sport Testing- Athletes in all sports can be tested and can benchmark their results with National Results to see how they match up.

Recruiting Services- The Stars and Stripes Sports Eco-System provides Robin the support necessary to provide the necessary tools and resources to the athletes in the Utah area who want to play at the highest level in their sport.

Camps/Clinics- Robin is available for the Utah area and can provide a suitable program for your group or organization.
