I am a passionate sports advocate- father of an elite club swimmer and National All-American baseball player, brother to an Indiana High School Basketball hall of famer, and mentor to aspiring athletes.

Sports are the ideal platform to learn important lessons in a safe environment. Team work, supporting peers, working towards a goal bigger than yourself, giving credit to teammates, taking chances, learning from losing, showing class and grace under pressure, sportsmanship, patience, perseverance, hard diligent work, honorable personal conduct, loyal friendship- these are the skills I seek to develop in athletes.

Athletes are comprised of more than athletic ability. Combined with personal accountability and exceptional work ethic, my mission is to encourage and provide support to athletes seeking to reach their full potential, both on and off the field.

I recognize, then develop and promote, specific strengths. Just as important, I identify opportunities and paths to improvement.

Services

Sport Testing- Athletes in all sports can be tested and can benchmark their results with National Results to see how they match up.

Recruiting Services- The Stars and Stripes Sports Eco-System provides Trent the support necessary to provide the tools and resources to the athletes in Washington who want to play at the highest level in their sport.

Camps/Clinics- Trent is available for the Pacific Northwest, WA area and can provide a suitable program for your group or organization.

All State Program- Trent can assist your organization in managing a unique event and process that will bring great development opportunities.
